Alcohol is not permitted at outdoor park pavilions without a special permit. Contact the Park District office for more information on event permits.
Generators and amplified sound require advance written approval from the Park District. Requests must be submitted at least 14 days before your event. Village of La Grange noise ordinances apply.
Pavilion rentals are rain or shine. There are no weather refunds. We recommend monitoring the forecast and having a contingency plan. In cases of severe weather (lightning, tornado warnings), you should leave the area for safety.
Light decorations are permitted on pavilion posts and tables. No nails or screws in wood structures. All decorations must be removed at the end of your rental.
Park grills are available for use with the pavilion. You must bring your own charcoal or propane. Grills must be extinguished and cooled before leaving. Ash disposal bags are available at the Park District office.
Renters are responsible for returning the pavilion to the condition in which they found it. Failure to clean up may result in a cleaning fee deducted from your deposit and potential restrictions on future bookings.
Meeting rooms, courts, and the indoor playground are also available across our facilities.
