Frequently Asked Questions
What ages is the indoor playground for?
The indoor playground is designed for children up to age 8. Adult supervision is required at all times during your rental.
How many guests can I invite?
The rental includes exclusive access to the playground space. Our staff can advise on maximum comfortable capacity based on the age range of your guests. A typical birthday party accommodates 15–25 children plus adults comfortably.
Can I bring a cake and food?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own cake, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages. Tables are available inside the space. Please note that no outside food vendors or caterers are permitted in the playground area.
Can I decorate?
Light decorations are welcome: tablecloths, centerpieces, and banners with freestanding stands. No helium balloons in the lobby or playground area. No tape, pins, or nails on walls or equipment.
Is alcohol permitted?
No. Alcohol is not permitted in the indoor playground rental area.
What's not allowed?
- No outside inflatable structures or bounce houses
- No face painting with non-approved products
- No helium balloons inside the playground
- No outside entertainment companies without prior approval
