La Grange Fitness is a participating location for three health insurance fitness programs: SilverSneakers, Prime Fitness, and RenewActive. Qualified members receive free, unlimited access.

Medicare-eligible members
Available through Medicare health plans, Medicare Supplement carriers, and group retiree plans that include SilverSneakers as a benefit.

Contact your insurance provider first. They can tell you whether your plan includes any of the three programs above. Once you know you're eligible, visit the Fitness Desk with your member ID and insurance card to complete enrollment.

Come in Person
Visit the La Grange Fitness Desk at 536 East Avenue with your insurance card and a valid photo ID.

Start Your Membership
We'll verify your eligibility on the spot. Your membership is active same day.
